Claire Klontz, an associate practicing with Addison Law Firm, assists in the representation of club management personnel regarding various issues related to the operation and management of clubs, hotels, restaurants and resorts. Ms. Klontz also assists in obtaining all operational and liquor permits needed by our clients. She works closely with management personnel to maintain such permits and to resolve any violations that occur after such permits are issued.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Klontz was an associate practicing at a corporate law firm in Oklahoma City. Her corporate experience includes the representation of corporations and partnerships in all aspects of their business, negotiating and drafting business contracts and other various agreements, providing transactional work needed for both initial public offerings and private placement offerings, and serving as outside counsel to a $100 million company.
Ms. Klontz was born in Durant, Oklahoma and raised in Mustang, Oklahoma. Ms. Klontz attended Oklahoma City University where she majored in English and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. Ms. Klontz later earned her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2001.
