Dallas Addison is a shareholder practicing primarily in the real estate, corporate and membership areas of the Firm.  Mr. Addison has represented Purchasers, Sellers and Developers in the negotiation and structuring of multiple golf and real estate transactions throughout the country, totaling over One Billion Dollars.  These transactions have included negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, water agreements, management agreements, membership documents and related documentation.

Prior to joining Addison Law Firm, Mr. Addison was an associate with the international law firm of Jones Day. Mr. Addison’s corporate experience includes mergers and acquisitions, the formation of private investment funds and capital raising transactions, including private placement offerings, private and municipal debt offerings, and initial public offerings.

Mr. Addison received a Plan II honors degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  Mr. Addison received his law degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University, where he was a Citation Editor for the Southern Methodist University Law Review Association and a Contributing Editor to NAFTA:  Law Review of the Americas.
