Addison Law offers comprehensive and sophisticated Due Diligence Reviews of golf, hospitality and real estate properties. The Firm’s expertise in this area has developed through more than 1,000 transactions in these areas handled by the Firm's professionals. The Firm has developed an extremely detailed Due Diligence Report format, which is designed to organize all of the various data for each transaction. The Due Diligence Report also contains a Critical Due Diligence Issue List designed to highlight the major issues of the transaction necessary to proceed with closing.
