Kyle E. Dundon, an associate practicing with Addison Law Firm, works in the real estate, corporate, operations and membership areas of the Firm.  Ms. Dundon’s experience includes drafting acquisition and development agreements, preparing operational contracts, preparing and reviewing private club membership documentation and bylaws, and negotiating and settling membership disputes and liquor licensing issues.  In addition, she has reviewed due diligence materials for clubs and resorts throughout the country and completed research regarding a variety of legal issues related to the operation of country clubs, hotels, restaurants and resorts.  Prior to joining Addison Law Firm, Ms. Dundon practiced in the areas of business and general civil litigation.

Ms. Dundon received her undergraduate degree from Tarleton State University and her Master’s Degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University’s School of Business.  Prior to earning her law degree from Southern Methodist University, Ms. Dundon served as Program Chair of the Business Administration Program at an Oklahoma college, where, in addition to her administrative duties, she taught numerous courses in the management and computer science departments.

Ms. Dundon is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, and the Dallas Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern Texas District Court.
