Tiffany L. Martin is an associate practicing in the real estate, corporate, operations and membership areas of Addison Law. Ms. Martin's experience includes drafting and reviewing operational contracts, preparing and reviewing private club membership documentation, forming legal entities, and settling membership disputes. In addition, she has worked on numerous commercial real estate transactions assisting clients with leasing, acquisition, development, and disposition of property.

Prior to joining Addison Law, Ms. Martin was an attorney with a Dallas law firm where she primarily practiced commercial litigation. Additionally, before attending law school, Ms. Martin was employed as a case clerk in the commercial real estate section of a large Dallas law firm.

Ms. Martin received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma, and her law degree from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Martin was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, was a student attorney in the SMU Legal Clinic and clerked with the Federal Trade Commission.

Ms. Martin is a member of the State Bar of Texas; the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers; and Attorneys Serving the Community, a volunteer organization of women attorneys raising awareness and funds for local charities benefiting women and children.
